From the same group that opened Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows, The Nice Guy is a throwback to old school Italian eateries with that certain Godfather charm—and it's the new kingpin of celebrity hangouts.
This reservations-only lounge offers a full menu by chef John-Carlos Kuramoto (formerly of Michaels in Santa Monica). Must-try bites like the fig and burrata crostini and spicy sausage and broccolini pizza pair perfectly with mixologist Brian Stewart’s unique libations. We recommend trying The Chairman, a sweet and strong concoction of Gentleman Jack whiskey, Aperol, cacao, salted cola reduction, and cider vinegar served in a branded flask.

While L.A. has no shortage of A-list hideaways, The Nice Guy stands out for its embodiment of the elusive intrigue of old-time Mafia bars and restaurants (insert Scorsese film reference here). The space incorporates luxe features like wide board walnut flooring and custom cedar wall and ceiling designs. Truth be told, it kind of is a mafia bar—only, it's exchanged zoot suit-clad crime bosses for a mob of Hollywood VIPs. Drake, Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez, and of course, the Biebs. Just ask the paparazzi waiting outside.
